Dolby Cockpit Sounds FSX is a program that produces real cockpit sounds. The sounds are the wind sound from spoilers, flaps, gear, and brakes. The sound is being produced to different Hz and volume based from the opening percentage of spoilers, the speed of the aircraft and the area surface.
